An antique navratna or 9 gem inlaid 22 K gold jewel having coral, turquoise, ruby, opal, pearl, peridot , topaz, diamond, and central emerald. The jewel is enameled with green red and yellow and is foiled under the enamel to shine from within. A bird is on the reverse underside.  It would be interesting if worn as a ring and kept on the cord as part of the design. Maximizes the jewel as a more major use.
